"Delivery and dispatched too late"

When i saw it online, its says i will get it the day after. But i end up paying on thursday and still havent got it today (monday).. And i think i am already totally recovered. So why i still need the test kits that i bought.

The product was despatched within the time frame. Postal workers' industrial action caused a delay of one day.
The product is fine but I have to question why 5 LF tests are boxed separately (5 individual boxes). This seems to me wasteful packaging. Is anyone really going to order one single LFT kit?
