Fast delivery. Came as 25 single boxed tests rather than a large box of 25 tests as I imagined, so good for taking away with us a couple of tests to be safe.

The goods did not arrive and I had to chase, then when they did arrive they didn't actually do what they were designed for. So all in all, a complete wast of time and my request for a refund was refused. The only upside was they were quick to respond to my emails of compaint.

Products were as described and arrived on time. The fly in the ointment was the packaging. The only reason the packet kept together was that the postman used numerous elastic bands to hold it all together. On saying that nothing seemed to be damaged. Try using stronger bags :-)

Absolutely brilliant service including customer service. This is the second time I’ve used TestnGo for a LFD to fly to Spain and both times the process has been seamless. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for flying myself

"Don’t use these people for your tests."

They lost one of our tests and you can’t call them to find out what’s going on. You just get a chat with someone who doesn’t have access to they’re system. They say they’ll get back to you by email but never do.
They did eventually come back to me at 8:30pm the night before my flight! I had had to get my daughter a much more expencive test by then.
Spend a little more money and get a test somewhere else. It’s a rip off!!
