I ordered 16 single kits and only received 12. I emailed them that same evening around 9pm to complain and I received an email within an hour apologising for the oversight. The missing kits were sent out the next day to me.
I was very impressed with the customer service in both speed of response and the content of the email.
Luckily enough, I have not yet had a need to use a test so cannot comment on those.

The package was split and 1 item was missing. I ordered 4 and only 3 arrived. I will not order from you again. Very poor packaging used, too thin.

I paid more for next day delivery and get it day after, so I ended up buying one from Tesco as i needed it ASAP, as it was negative i didn't used this tests yet so can't really comment on test itself.
