The Royal Mail tracking details I was given by TestNGo clearly state the time it was sent by TestnGo, and there was no way it was going to be delivered the next day. Their statement that they are at the mercy of the Royal Mail is untrue. They simply did not send it out in a timely fashion, and failed in their next day delivery promise.
