"Took my order but never processed it"

Took my order but never processed it. I waited a couple of weeks to hear from them about a shipping date and never did, so I called only to find out the person I ordered it from never actually placed the order. Then when I actually got the order placed and they shipped it, half of the order was wrong.

Very courteous staff and presentation of offerings. No pressure to buy, lots of advice. Estimated did perfect job of measuring and when installers cane they were in and out in no time and left the area cleaner than when arrived.

Really good work and adjustments during the install. This is an honest team not looking to make an extra buck...they want to do the right thing to make the customer happy.
