Booked and paid for two transfers on their website. First one I immediately cancelled but never got the refund. Second one I was expecting to arrive but driver never showed up. Called the number that was listed on the booking confirmation, an old Russian man picked up the phone and started yelling at me that they no longer work at that company and asked to please stop calling this number. I contacted support and they told me to wait for 21 days for the issue to get resolved. It’s been more than a month already. I reached out to them again a week ago - no reply. Anyone here maybe?? You owe me over $200, hello!

Уж не знаю в чем тут дело, но мы с женой доехали от Аэропорта Антальи до Чиралы за 39 евро. Я думал будут попутчики, но мы были одни. Всё было чётко, встретили, посадили довезли на Мерсе Вито, перевозчикам респект!

This is a repost. I removed my last review because Intui responded to my post with email correspondence taken from a direct, private email exchange between us.

Do not use Intui. I had a negative experience with Intui due to COVID. I had scheduled a ride with them, but due to COVID, my flight was cancelled. I immediately contacted Intui via email from the airport letting them know that I needed to cancel my ride and politely requesting a refund. They told me no because I had not gone through the proper protocols, despite reaching out to them via email for assistance. The company took an extremely hard line with me. They had zero compassion for a traveller who was limited in her ability to contact them due to unforeseeable COVID related reasons. It was all or nothing. They did not even suggest a partial refund or a credit for the next time I travelled. Be wary of who you book with. Companies have asked clients to be considerate during this pandemic, but when it comes to the client, this company showed an inability to accommodate. Is that parity or compassion? I think not! Clients make sure to read the fine print bc Intui will hold you to it even when things are unavoidable.

Furthermore and perhaps even most disturbing was that Intui initially responded to an earlier post I had written by publishing a direct email exchange that I had with the company. That should be kept private since it included personal information. Shame on Intui for violating my trust. Clearly safety and security is not their priority.

Заказал за два дня до вылета трансфер в Стамбуле,оплатил,пришло подтверждение брони. В аэропорту простояли почти час- никого и номера телефонов из брони не отвечают! Кидалы! Никогда не обращайтесь!

Заказывала трансфер на 21.05.21 и 29.05.21 в Стамбуле. Машина чистая, ухоженная, водитель приятный. Трансфер подъезжал вовремя. При возникновении вопросов звонила на горячую линию, вопросы решались быстро. Спасибо! Хороший сервис!)

Бронировал 03.04.2021 трансфер в Стамбуле на 29.04.2021 и 11.05.2021. В связи с закрытием Турции, отменил заказ 12.04.2021. Подождал неделю, деньги не возвращаются, компания на связь не выходит. Написал им сам. Ответили, что ввиду форс-мажорных обстоятельств, условия возврата изменились, и предложили два варианта: первый - деньги у них замораживаются, а мне скидка 5 %, потом, с 01.07.2021 могу вывести их сам со своего аккаунта. Второй - возврат средств в течение 180 дней с вычетом транзакционных расходов.
Судя по количеству восклицательных знаков, меня явно склоняли к первому варианту. И в конце издевательское:
"Данные меры продиктованы форс мажорной ситуацией, надеемся на ваше понимание".
То есть, я отдал деньги, не смог воспользоваться услугой не по своей вине, но именно мне надо проявить понимание, а может еще и посочувствовать им, пока они моими деньгами будут пользоваться.
Я думал, наоборот, мне должны пойти навстречу, как клиенту, попавшему в форс-мажорную ситуацию в связи с запретом полетов в Турцию.
Собственно, так я и написал в ответном письме, и выбрал второй вариант.
Мне сообщили (по-видимому, робот), что письмо принято, и все.
Так и не понятно, вернут мне деньги или нет. Но в любом случае, точно я не воспользуюсь услугами этой компании. Случись что, поменяют свои правила, объявят форс-мажор (у них-то какой форс-мажор?), и будешь бегать за своими деньгами. Клиентоориентированности - ноль целых хрен десятых.
Update. После публикации моего отзыва, пришло письмо от Intui, что возврат денег произведен. Хотя, деньги ещё не дошли до моего счета, похвальна быстрота реакции.
Update 2. Деньги поступили мне на счёт, минус примерно 5% за транзакцию, как и предупреждали.
