Habe das abdruckset bestellt und 9€ bezahlt. 2 Tage später bekam ich eine Mail, ich hätte das Paket ungenutzt zurück geschickt. Ich habe geantwortet. Dass das Paket noch nicht bei mir angekommen ist. Daraufhin wurde sich entschuldigt und den Versand eines neuen Pakets versprochen. 9 Tage später ist noch nichts hier - schade

Das Anpassen awr bei mir im ersten Anlauf nicht erfolgreich.. ich glaube ich habe mich einfach zu dumm angestellt. Zum Glück bekam ich schnell ein zweites Set und konnte nochmals einen Abdruck nehmen. Ab da lief alles wie am Schnürchen.

"Do not buy!! I lost a healthy tooth after only 3 weeks of wear and customer support is shockingly unhelpful."

I bought this product having already had a dental check up 3 months prior, but also decided to have another check up in the time between my ordering the impression kit & completing/returning my moulds to make sure nothing had changed.
Both check ups confirmed I was in good oral health & required no treatment.I therefore decided to go ahead and place the order.

The Splints arrived a few weeks later (16.09.24) & I was excited to begin treatment.
However, After trying in the first splint, I found that it was irratating my back right molar, causing the splints to fill with blood. I emailed the company immediately informing them of this, to which I did not receive a response. However, within a few days of gentle perseverance, the problem seemed to rectify itself so I naively assumed that the first few days of irritation was a normal adjustment to having something new in my mouth & I did not follow up with the company on this concern. Instead, started wearing the splints as directed without any further concerns.

HOWEVER…after just 3 weeks of continuous wear, I suddenly began experiencing excruciating toothache & visited my dentist as an emergency patient (09.10)
My dentist found that my right back molar had become loose & needed extracting.
Looking at my teeth (& the splints), My dentist advised that the splints were responsible for causing trauma on the tooth causing it to become loose & therefore needing extracting. He recommended that I cease treatment immediately.

Upon his advise, & having now lost all confidence in their product, I Emailed the company to make them aware of my experience & requested an extension on their 2 week 'no questions asked’ return policy (I was approximately a week over the deadline) & requested a full refund.
To my shock, I was informed that they were unwilling to accept responsibility & stated that they see 'no correlation' between my wearing the splints & my loosing a healthy tooth. They therefore refused my return/refund request.
Thats right, despite my having TWO dental check ups prior to ordering the moulds (both of which confirmed I was in good oral health) my informing them via Email on the day the splints arrived that the fit was irritating my back right molar, causing it to bleed (the exact tooth that I’ve now lost), AND my dentists professional opinion (after examining both me and the splints…in person!!) is that my needing the otherwise healthy tooth extracting was a direct result of wearing their product, the company was unable to see any correlation?

Their 'remedial action’ to my complaint was them offering to take new moulds & to make new splints to allow me to continue treatment with splints that fit around my now extracted tooth. Absolutely not!

Save yourself money, healthy teeth and the sheer frustration you will feel at their customer services lack of accountability for any problems you encounter.

*Update as of 23rd October*
Company still refusing to refund. Instead they have now offered an insulting €100 price reduction.. That’s right, they now expect me to pay €1400 (instead of €1500) for a product that resulted in the loss of my tooth, a product that I have no desire to continue treatment with in the fear of losing yet another healthy tooth, nor would I wish to have any further dealings with their customer service team should I encounter further problems given that they have now demonstrated that they will not take matters seriously when a serious problem occurs.

I will continue to update my progress (or lack thereof) with the company here as I find it imperative to warn people of not only the potential risks involved with this product, but equally concerning; the company’s refusal to rectify issues amicably, as I don’t believe that given the severity of my complaint, (not including the pain, extra costs, and distress I have endured) my asking only that I be granted my basic consumer legal right of returning a 'faulty’ product in return for a full refund is too much to ask.
Failing this, it will sadly result in my appointing legal representation & contacting consumer protection agencies (Verbraucherzentrale) to force the company to comply with consumer laws.

*Update as of 28th October*
Company has now offered a 50% price reduction, which I have VERY reluctantly accepted.
Very disappointed that I am expected to pay approximately €750 (of the €1500 full cost) for them sending me a product that is not fit for purpose, a product which caused me dental damage, pain, and additional expense, but negotiations with the company sadly failed & although I firmly stand by my belief that I would be legally entitled to a full refund (and perhaps compensation) should I appoint a solicitor, I sadly cannot afford the time and extra costs involved in pursuing legal action to fight this further.

Für den monatlichen Preis mit dem Ergbnis - fast schon Wahnsinn. Aber in echt was will man mehr? Ich kann nur fünf Sterne geben, weil das Ergbnis einfach toll ist.

"Klasse Produkt"

Klasse Produkt, war sonst immer treuer Patient von lokalen Zahnärzten aber hier bietet sich eine ganz andere Möglichkeit, mindestens genauso professionell, man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner und meine Zähne haben sich schon etwas verschoben und es sieht jetzt schon besser aus. Man strahlt bei einem Foto viel mehr und ist nicht eingeschüchtert. Sehr freundlicher Kundenservice der mir meine ganzen Fragen beantwortet hat, gerade als Neuling kommen ja doch mal Fragen auf. Bin rundum sehr zufrieden.

"Der erste Abdruck hat gleich gepasst"

Der erste Abdruck hat gleich gepasst, soll heißen die Schienen haben gepasst. Meine Zähne haben sich auch relativ schnell angepasst obwohl ja kein physisch spürbarer Druck ausgeübt wurde. Fazit ich bin rundum zufrieden.
