"Order didn't arrive, no response to emails"
Ordered three foam cubes at the beginning of May. Order has still not arrived, and repeated emails have been ignored.

If your order goes through as it should you’ll be happy, if not after care is none existent. The order came with one measurement only half the ordered size but is shown correct on the paid invoice a sure mistake by Anyfoam, emails not answered and has been going on for over a month so stuck with 4 items which are useless. Waste of money
Thanks to Anyfoam for their reply which I’m pleased shows the full correct measurements sent in noting the top measurement of 1.5” but it came with .75”. Therefore how come I’d ordered it wrong? If measurements had been followed everything would have been o k but anyone reading this can see it’s a mistake on their part
In addition will say was called back by a lady from Anyfoam and asked to send a photo with ruler to show the mistake which was done via their own website reply method and to attempt to rectify the situation I suggested if supplied with the missing foam .75”x.75”x36” and that would be x 4 I could stick on to put things right but that must have fell on deaf ears so there’s no hope for humanity if a small thing like this can’t be sorted – surely it’s not rocket science but if Anyfoam would like to come back on this it’s up to them, I know anybody can make a mistake

There was a hic cup in the middle when my pattern didn't arrive - a postal problem, but, once it arrived my foam cushions were cut and I received them 2 days later - a perfect fit.

"Very disappointing experience"
I received from Anyfoam a custom made piece of foam that had been cut too short on the width. I rang the company within an hour of delivery to explain the situation, expecting them to either send a new piece of foam cut to the correct dimensions or offer a refund. I explained that one edge of the wdith dimension had been cut 10mm too short. The lady I spoke to immediately responded that up to a 10mm tolerance was to be expected when cutting foam, and that this policy was stated on their website (it's interesting to see Anyfoam's response to another reviewer telling him that they have a 3-5mm tolerance policy). I said I hadn't seen anything about their tolerance policy on the screen where the bespoke measurements are inputted. She said she would be able to find it 'somewhere' on their website if she looked for it. I think if it's that hard to find the tolerance policy on their website, it's not stated clearly enough (I still haven't found it). I was told that I should understand that cutting foam is like cutting bread (!) so it's impossible to ensure a precise cut. I pointed out that I had ordered high density foam so I thought it should surely be a bit easier to cut than a loaf of bread. Also, the length and thickness had been cut accurately almost to the mm so it clearly is possible to do it. I then told her that, in any case, the other edge of the width dimension had been cut 20mm too short. So, having established that the expected tolerance was 10mm, surely a new piece of foam or a refund was in order. She said that she could put it to her boss, but she thought that her boss would probably refuse a refund and she couldn't very well overrule her boss now could she! I said I found her responses so far a bit strange so she suggested I send in an email with a picture of the foam and a measuring tape on it, evidencing that the foam was too short. Even though I felt this was a bit over the top, I sent in the email straightaway but received no response. After a few days I send a chaser email but again received no response. In the end, I went through Paypal who ruled in my favour and arranged a full refund - but only after I had re-packaged the foam and sent it back to Anyfoam, at my delivery cost. Incidentally, some of the packaging is a bit poor - I ordered the foam with a stockinette cover, and it arrived folded over twice and held together with a wide band of sellotape. It was impossible to take the tape off without ripping the stockinette.
I had explained to the lady on the phone that I wanted the foam to child-proof a hearth for my one year old so the matter was quite urgent. So I felt that their lack of response was not just unprofessional but also showed an uncaring attitude from this company. I found it particularly aggravating that I had jumped through their silly hoop of sending in a photo with a measuring tape in view, rather than just being trusted, only to then be ignored. The company may well fulfill plenty of orders perfectly, so I can't advise anyone to avoid this company based on my one experience. However, I like to deal with companies who own up to their mistakes and put things right, rather than making the customer feel that they are making a fuss over nothing. Many, many hours wasted with no result.

There are lots of companies on the web now for buying foam, but I ordered through anyfoam as their prices were around 20% cheaper than anyone else, and they offered fast delivery too.
Two days after ordering the foam arrived by courier exactly as described!
Great service, fast reply to emails (minutes after posting), large range of products, highly recommended.

I have ordered from Anyfoam many times in the past few years and have always been impressed with their speedy delivery service, the quality of their foam and when I've called their office for help with specialised orders they are always more than happy to help me and give great advice. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough and will always use them, keep up the great work Anyfoam!

"Beware of this company"
Ordered numerous pieces of foam in November to refit flight cases, which I was unable to do initially due to illness. When I was a little better, and started to fit the foam, I discovered that all the pieces were quarter of an inch short on two sides, so would not fit snugly into the cases. This was February, and I contacted Anyfoam about this and was initially told, by one of their staff that "because it had been so long" they were not prepared to replace them. This was despite the guarantee displayed on their site. When I contacted Consumer Services, they told me I had up to 1 year and 14 days to register a complaint. When I contacted them again, she then told me that there was always some give in the foam and this was listed in their terms and conditions. It wasn't, and the foam would not compress in such a way as to make it permanently short, as all these pieces were. I have never had this problem with other foam providers and I felt Amanda F was disrespectful and basically not bothered. I now have numerous pieces of useless foam. The 'guarantee' is not worth the website it is displayed on.
And, how strange that they say I don't exist as a customer, when here I am alive and kicking in Nottinghamshire. I also don't understand why they think I contradicted myself because I said I had used other foam companies in the past and never had the problem of the foam being too short on delivery. Maybe all their glowing reviews are sent by themselves, which is why they were so quick to say I was a rival company. Maybe they would like me to put all the invoices and orders and receipts on their site so everyone can see I do exist.
6/12/16 Well, it's a week since I sent Anyfoam all the documentation they asked for, and guess what? I have heard absolutely nothing since. Just thought you ought to know that.
7/12/16 With respect, the offer for me to return the foam to you for a refund has never been offered until now. And I will be honest with you, I did 'fit' one of the pieces in the case, and thought I had made a mistake in my measurements by disregarding a lip that the case has. I used some really stiff foam that came out of the case originally to fill the gap. It was only after this, when all the other pieces were short, that I realised that my dimensions were in fact correct. I would be more than willing to send pictures of the extra foam filling. Also, unfortunately, because I managed to lay the one piece of foam in the case, (but did not stick it), I drew the shape of the instrument that was to fit in it. I would be more than happy to return the other pieces and for you to deduct the price of the piece I have drawn on.
