When my shoes arrived, I noticed they were too small, so I contacted the customer service by mail. Very quick response (usually within 30 min, any time of the day), and helpful.
I returned my shoes, and within 5 working days I received the new ones.
So, altogether a positive approach. Not 5 but 4 stars however, since contrary to webshops, I didn't receive a returnticket automatically. Which meant I had to buy one at the courier which cost me another 20 euros.
