Workout.eu mohu jen a jen doporučit. Výjimečně překvapivá ochota a maximální vstřícnost se kterou se jen tak nepotkávám. Nic nebyl problém a zboží, které jsem si odvezla vlastní vinou v jiné velikosti, jsem po telefonické dohodě zaslala na výměnu a další den jsem měla tu správnou velikost doma. Můžu jen popřát hodně štěstí a to nejen v podnikání a spoustu dalších zákazníků.

Nedávno jsem tam koupila vzpěračské boty a naprosto vydávají užasne! Proces objednávky byl jednoduchý, zásilka dorazila rychle, ale fakt rychle!!!!! a případné dotazy byly obratem vyřešeny. Určitě bych odtud nakoupila znovu!!!!!!

Workout.eu has been exceptional. One of the best stores to purchase from, period. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to the US. They came very quickly and very well and carefully packaged. After realized way to late that I bought the wrong size, their team was understanding and helped me exchange them for the right size. They had every right to say that they couldn't do the exchange, but still did it anyway. I'm grateful for their quick responses and high level customer service. I will only be buying my fitness gear from them from here on out.

"nothing to complain"

I recently purchased my weightlifting shoes from there and absolutely love them! The ordering process was straightforward, the shipment arrived quickly, and any inquiries were promptly addressed. I would definitely buy from here again!

"UK buyers beware"

workout.eu objected to my review so I'm editing this to state the facts and you can decide if this is worth it as a UK customer.

Shoes 166.31 Euros
19.2 Euros for original shipping (this was declared on ordering)
When they got to the UK, I had to pay the shipper £50.54 duties taxes and fees (approximately 59 Euros)
I paid about £10 to send it back for a different size (approximately 12 Euros)
Then workout.eu added 47.2 Euros for shipping back to me and duties (import taxes from recieving the return)
And based on the original fees I would have had to pay another £50.54 (59 Euros) to the shipper when the replacement arrived in the UK

So cost of shoes 166.31 Euros
Shipping, taxes and additional handling fees 196.4 Euros if I had taken the replacement
Having not taken the replacement because at this point I no longer wanted to support them, it has cost me 137 Euros, almost the original cost of the shoes and I now have nothing for it.

When I objected the company says there is a note at the end of the order page saying you are responsible for extra taxes and about halfway down thier terms of service (which are 18 pages long on a mobile phone), there is a very brief description of the returns policy. But unless you're an import export expert and also know how much the shipper charges for additional handling before you place the order, I can't imagine anyone would expect to pay much more than these shoes (which were not cheap) in extra charges if you need to change them, and almost as much as the cost of the shoes in shipping and taxes if you're lucky enough for them to fit perfectly first time.

It's worth noting it's possible to estimate these costs and declare them, but then you might not buy. And there are companies that take care of claiming duties back on your behalf when you return things so you don't pay duties multiple times on the same product.

Workout.eu will tell you that you can contact them to get the paperwork to make a claim yourself, but they'll only tell you that when you write a bad review. And how many people do you know that know how to make a claim to both the UK and European authorities to claim back import duties on both sides after a return?

If you knew all of that, would you order from this site as a UK customer? I certainly wouldn't do that again.
