Excellent wines at reasonable prices and with extra discounts for being a regular customer. I've been buying wine form Laithwaites, and from when it was called Bordeaux Direct, for more than 40 years and in all that time I've only twice had cause to ask for my money back on a bottle that was corked. I wouldn't consider using any other wine retailer.

They are masters at hiding T&Cs. The latest is that you get a free magnum with a case of 12 wines. Seemed like a good deal so we got 2 cases! Hidden in the small print somewhere it is one free magnum per household.
Not the first time that they have made it really difficult to see the T&Cs
