Order process not very intuitive. Blemish in wood obscured engraving. Had the piece been rotated or flipped over the blemish would have been no issue. Poor attention to detail!

My purchase of a cutting board with dark smudges has not been adequately addressed. I requested a refund after purchasing another item. I was asked to send pictures of damaged item which I supplied but have not heard from Qualtry regarding a refund.

The pillowcases are soft and beautiful. I was very happy with the printing on the fabric. The fabric is a tad thin which makes it move on the pillow daily, but the softness makes up for that.

Would never use them again. Groupon gave them my wrong address and I never got my package or a refund. Customer service on both ends are no help.

Very problematic process of using Groupon voucher at Qualtry website, primarily in accessing Qualtry. I was not able to place order through a desktop PC (which took me to blank screen with a frustrating bar at top that said "SHOP NOW" but wouldn't link to anything) -- only able to get through and place order via smartphone (which itself was tricky because the smaller screen prevented me from seeing order options and moving smoothly between the fields that required filling).

There was a problem concerning my order. I am not sure where the ‘fault’ was, mine or the Qualtry order process, but regardless, Qualtry made it right with minimal effort, time and cost on my part. The representative was professional and prompt. I received my products quickly, especially considering they are personalized.

Had purchased a Groupon. Had difficulties purchasing the correct quantity of wooden spoons from your company. It took me several months to get a response to correct the error. I was pleased when problems were fixed, but received the spoons last week. I am a little disappointed. The burning of our name into the spoons is not centered on all the spoons.

Delighted with response to my inquiry about a product I was unable to locate. I had ordered several personalized wooden spoons in the past, and I am so happy to find them again. Also, the discount coupon was much appreciated. I will order again in the near future and would like to use a similar discount for future orders.

"I placed my orders January 29th very late received"
I placed my orders January 29th, and finally after 3 emails and no responses received it today March 4th. I went on my trip and back before receiving my product. One time after I sent an email a label was processed to make it seem as if it was delivered. I sent another email keeping watch on the label claiming delivery by 12/12/2019. It was still just a label, so I sent another email and a week passed no response then finally the person act like it must of got lost. I replied it never left only a label was created they didn’t realize I get delivery often, so I have tracking on all deliveries. Unless you really don’t care about your money and how long it takes place an order if you care find another company that can make the same labeled products, they don’t take ownership at all for the delay, they just make excuses and lie it was lost we will make another one. Nothing was lost it was never made.
Sorry Qualtry I will never order from a company that doesn’t care.
