The embroidered collarsvi ordered were crooked & not in a nice straight line. Therefore this made the collars look like very poor quality. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Sent in a complaint & never heard back from them.

I order a glass with a name and when arrived part if the name was missing
I ordered name tags for my luggage and the name was misspelled. I ordered pillowcases for a little kid and they sent them with cursive writing on 2 of them. I tried to contact the company via koo the email system to no avail. No response. Bracelet I order for my daughter the stoned fell just after one month. I am very disappointed.

Great Service. Two of the collars ordered had issues with the stitching but Qualtry quickly corrected the issue and sent us new collars to replace the defective ones.
