Lack of quality in workmanship. Ordered a personalized collar. Stitching was not centered, threads weren't trimmed. Sent a replacement and it was as bad, if not worse than the first. Couldn't read one of the numbers in our ph#. Wouldnt recommend. Non refundable shipping was also excessive. $8.00 for item that weighed 3oz.

Would have given 5 stars, EXCEPT for the annoying, repeated "please review" now messages sent to me BEFORE I my order. Seriously? I began to think the products were going to be bad, since they were to desperate to get the reviews before the order was delivered. Please concern sending the "please review" requests after you send the order. The products I ordered were beautiful and well made.

"Problems with application of Groupon"
I accept that I was responsible for some of the problems with these orders. I purchased 2 Groupons allowing me to personalize 2 different cutting boards. I had difficulty submitting the Groupon Codes. If I’d been able to talk to a person when contacting Cystomer Service the problem would have, in all likelihood, been resolved quickly. Unfortunately, it was not. I received two copies of the same cutting board and none of the second. At one point it appeared I was being charged 39.95 (?) for one of the boards. Thankfully, I think that was resolved, yet, I still have not received the second board.
