ordering went smoothly. given items needed personalizing - lag time to deliver wasn't too bad. company kept me informed of where items were in each phase of production process. I hoped personalization of recipients name to be a tad larger but... price couldn't be beat & u get what u pay for - so I a happy customer...

Purchased an item on Groupon for a package of four. Went on Qualtry website and placed the relating information. When I received the tags, only received one. The customer control person stated that I need to order a quantity of 4 (even though the groupon was for one grouping of four). Very deceiving order form. So repurchased the other three. Was additionally charged over $7 for postage for a package that actually cost less than $3 to send. Quite disappointed!
Actual product was outstanding though

The towels and pillow cases were a hit with the family. I had a hard time putting everything together on the website and I couldn't put all my obtained purchases via Groupon on one shipping package, had to do all at transactions separately. Huge pain and it took me a really long time to process the merchandise. Once I got it done, we received it fairly quickly.

Qualtry, first and foremost, has great communication in order. I had ordered one of their items and not a day went by that they got in touch with me to inform me of that.
They also allowed me to receive a discount coupon since the item was discontinued.
Lastly, their commitment to quality is excellent. I would order from them again.
