Sometimes the best cuatomer aervice happens when things don't go as planned. When I opened pkg with new Qualtry phone case, it was not at all the pattern I ordered nor correct Samsung case, but a very nice phone case. I immediately contacted online Customer Svc. Kristen, if I remember correctly, requested photos of product and pkg slip, which matched my actual order. She tracked down the error, advised me replacement on the way and a few days later I rec'd correct and unique new phone case. Thank you!

"Website Issues"
I am not sure what was going on with the website but it would never open. I tried using the Groupon Link, google (directly typing the address), etc, but all I got was the header and blank screen. This went on for weeks. I ended up having to put the order in on my phone. Big hassle. I couldn't even get a real time shipping status~I had to go by the email I received which was still vague. While the quality of the products were good, the ordering experience was BLAH.

I am very disappointed with Qualtry. I purchased three Groupons as Christmas gifts and placed each order separately. Two of the orders came thru perfectly and I was truly happy with the product and quality. The third one never came and I have emailed the company numerous times to no avail. I scoured their website to find if there was a direct contact number but the only number I can find does not allow you to leave a message but directs you to email them, which I did again and again. I contacted Groupon and their response was contact Qualtry. What a bunch of crap. Its not a big financial loss but I am disappointed I couldn't ever get anyone to resolve my issue other than a roto response once the email is sent, then nothing! I guess if it works its great, if not your screwed.
