I loved the Qualtry items I purchased, but still had a Groupon that I was never able to use because my redemption code would not work. The expiration date passed and I was never able to get any response from my requests to be contacted from a Qualtry representative, much to my disappointment! It would be helpful to have a phone number to contact the company!!

This company is terrible. I had an experience last year and they sent the wrong thing. Thought I’d give them another try. Again they sent the wrong color. I contacted them and you have to prove they are wrong with pictures of item and receipt, as if they don’t have a copy of your order. Then I was told they are out of the color I ordered.

"Very bad customer service"
I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Karla at Qualtry. I was disappointed with my damaged product but the customer service I received was even more upsetting. I was never really ever asked about my concerns or listened to but was instead told that my issue (scratches on my product) was actually the wood grain and natural wood markings. I was never asked for more information or more pictures. I was just told that my problem was not a problem. This is very disappointing after already paying for and receiving my damaged item. I took the time to express my concerns to give Qualtry a chance to make things right but it was a big waste of my time and in the end the customer services person stopped responding to me. I have never had such bad service from an online company or any company for that matter. I will not order from this company again!

"Never even received the product I ordered"
I ordered a dog collar on Feb 4th. It's now April 4th and I still haven't received it. The tracking number doesn't even exist when I go to look it up. I just wasted my money on a product I never even received.
