They offer a “SALE”.....sounds great.....I went through the laborious process of ordering 6 personalized cutting boards ( different, names & styles)...only to get to checkout to see a ridiculous shipping charge , which negates any “sale”. Do they think people are that stupid to not see they are making up any discount by their ridiculous shipping cost???

I submitted an order for Mother’s Day on 18 April and paid for priority processing. It’s nearly 6 months later and I still don’t have my gift !
I have contact this company 8 times and only received one response to say DHL must have lost my gift !!! Such BS as DHL never got the gift to deliver.
The customer service is shocking and very unresponsive they said several weeks ago in the one reply I did get they would do the order again....I chased and still nothing ...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY !

I was charged $30 for shipping alone, to ship a few pillowcases that maybe weighed a pound.Products are just OKAY. That’s not okay to do to your customers

This is a terrible company to do business with!! I ordered a personalized sketch pad on August 5th (and my card was charged for the item, shipping, and shipping insurance that I didn't ask for on August 6th) and on September 24th I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! They have given me every nonsense excuse in the book, blaming it on whatever they can think of. After over 2 months, it finally shows a shipping label has been created 13 DAYS AGO but that the post office is STILL WAITING FOR THE ITEM! I have written to them countless times and its one excuse after another.

Boo! I ordered a customized pillow and insert on June 5th. The insert was cancelled due to inventory problems and I finally received the pillow today August 1st. This was a gift and I am so disappointed - will not order from them again.

"Both lanterns arrived broken"
Both lanterns arrived broken. It took about a month to even receive my order. I have contacted customer service and was told they would send replacement lanterns, but have now been told those products are on back order. It is ashame because I’ve ordered these as wedding and anniversary gifts in the past with no issues. I hope they can make it right eventually with my order.

"Poor service"
I ordered via wag jag a personalized cutting board approximately 2 months ago. They took my money and I have NO product. I’ve tried and devoted hours trying the online chat, but I get a limited reply or none at all. I am Canadian, and for me to call their number would cost more than the product. I’m starting to believe that this company is a scam. Will NEVER order from Qualtry and will DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this site.

"I am very disappointed"
I am very disappointed. I ordered a wood postcard for my husband for father's day on June 5th and it stated that I would receive it in time for father's day. It showed up 3 days past father's day and it wasn't done correctly. I put our saying on it and followed it up with a ❤️. The website didn't kick it out and no where on that page does it state it won't accept imojis. Instead of putting the ❤️ they put a ? On it. They never reached out to me stating that they couldn't do the ❤️. Once I finally received my item late I contacted qualtry about their mistake. Instead of offering to fix it or refund it they told me it's my fault because they don't do imojis and their site doesn't say they do so they won't fix it but they will give me a discount on something else. What a joke. Very poor quality control and customer satisfaction
