Scam Company...
Stay away from dealing with this company. I ordered luggage tags on Groupon. They only shipped one when I ordered two. They want to charge me the already exorbitant shipping to receive the second one. Emailed them and they obviously dont care about their customers.

Total ripoff company they sell on Groupon. When they don't have the product to ship and don't plan to ever get it again they won't refund your money the brush it of to Groupon who NEVER responds to your request for a refund 2 of there worst companies every avoid them like they plague

I had ordered from Qualtry several times. I have always gotten great service and great products. The people I give these gifts to love them.

"Traumatic Experience"

Here is my stressful and frustrating experience with Qualtry.
I ordered Christmas  gifts for family and friends on November 11th. I had spent hours personalizing everything. Based on estimated time given by Qualtry, which was 3 to 5 days, plus shipping time, my parcel should have been delivered by the end of November.  Christmas has come and gone and still no sight of my shipment.
I have tried several times to contact Qualtry Customer service about this and have  received no response. I eventually asked for refund, because these items are no use to me now.   No one has responded to that too.

"This is the second year I ordered…"

This is the second year I ordered Christmas gifts from them. Last year they told me the issues were because of Groupon. This year I ordered directly from them, no Groupon. It's been 21 days since I ordered and they haven't processed my order yet. The timeline on the website when I ordered said I should have my order with 15-20 days. They won't call back, they took 4 days to answer an email. This has been a nightmare. Clearly not Groupon's issue, clearly their issue.

I ordered bulk personalized gifts from this site and they came out perfectly - great quality! Qualtry had amazing customer service, as it was a large order in a very busy time of year - yet they were able to prioritize our order and we received it right in time!! I HIGHLY recommend this website to order from!

"Buyer Beware"

Buyer Beware! The cost of shipping was as much as the product itself. No response from customer service. I'm not sure about the product quality but ordered a Groupon, purchased items and product cost was $23 and Shipping was $22. What a joke!

I loved the Qualtry items I purchased, but still had a Groupon that I was never able to use because my redemption code would not work. The expiration date passed and I was never able to get any response from my requests to be contacted from a Qualtry representative, much to my disappointment! It would be helpful to have a phone number to contact the company!!

"Their timeliness is terrible"

Their timeliness is terrible. We frequently place company orders and it takes forever to get these orders out. We're talking at least a month, sometimes longer. I complained for months on multiple occasions about how long it takes for proofs to be sent out (typically 3 WEEKS!!) and also shipped, and nothing ever changed. I've now switched over to a different company (who gets proofs out within the hour btw), won't be using qualtry again.
