"Not as pictured"

I received a personalized bamboo cutting board as a gift which was a very cute idea. However you can barely see the etched in writing or what it says. I went on their website & all their cutting boards fonts/ etching look dark & or burnt in. It is simply false advertising when my personalized cutting board can’t be seen

"Valentine no show"

At the end of January I ordered some valentines mugs for my grandkids for Valentine’s Day. They live in Texas so I had them delivered to them. Sent valentines with money so my daughter could fill them with candy. Was so excited for them to receive it. On February 2 I tracked the package to Austin Texas 1/2 hour away from their house. And they’re at sat. It is now February 15 and the package hasn’t showed up.Got hold of the company twice and nothing was done. Will never do business again with them. They seem to think in the summertime they will be happy to receive a valentines mug.

"Won't Do It Again!"

Original order placed on November 25,2020 and confirmation of order received same day, at 12:27pm

According to USPS, shipping label was created on December 4,2020 at 10:21pm and USPS Awaiting Item

Email notifying of tracking number received on December 6,2020 at 10:52pm

Contacted Qualtry on Saturday, December 12,2020 at 2:22pm to ask why USPS was still showing that the items were on their way to USPS facility. CSR agrees that that is odd, but would need to check with the Embroidery Manager and would get back to me.

Notified yesterday, December 13,2020 at 11:52pm that items were made on Friday, December 11,2020 and should have been shipped out on Saturday, December 12,2020. (When asked why I was notified on the 6th that the items were shipping, no response.)

"Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available." - as of December 14,2020 at 4:40pm

After over a month of waiting for my order, they have FINALLY arrived, and to say that I am displeased is an understatement.

The embroidery looks like something done by someone with no experience, with the plastic from the 'stencil'(?) still visible. There was no care given to ensure that these items were created as promised!

If it weren't for my lack of faith/trust that they would get it right AND the fact that these scarves are now on back order, I would request a replacement.

Just know, I will NEVER order from them again!

"Qualtry, No Customer Service at ALL"

I am so disappointed. I ordered 5 custom cutting boards. The day after I ordered them I called and wanted to add one more. I was told that it was too late that orders could not be altered. And besides my order had already shipped! Wow one day later amazing! So I ordered one more separately and it cost as much as the shipping but They seemed are this fast and efficient it will be worth it as all my people WILL have their gifts under the tree. Tracking said they would be here by the 24th all good. Well..... the one I ordered later got here and the original 5 never did. I contacted fed ex and they said that the label was ordered but the items never shipped. My original fear was that one of my son in laws would have to get his gift late.... now 5 of them will. We don't live near each other so I going to have to mail them. Making the cost of a sweet little gift 3x the price at the end of the day and embarrassment on Christmas Day when they have nothing in their bags but summer sausage and cheese. No personalized cutting board. They shuck and jived through all our emails. I think they are just auto responses. They don’t care
I found out by reviewing all the shipping label that they had never sent the original order til 12/28 and they sent it rush 2day FedEx so I got them on the 30 th. They never admitted their mistake. They just kept sending auto responses that were irrelevant to my concerns. So disrespectful. Also the imprinting on the cutting boards is not very pronounced against the grain. Seems like they will fade easily and some letters are totally obstructed by grain making it difficult to read.

"Don’t waste your time"

Horrible experience that hasn’t ended yet. Bought a voucher through Groupon that said they ship in 3-5 days...going on 5 weeks later it still hasn’t even shipped. I have all the emails between the company who is as bad at customer service as they are at shipping on time.

"Buyer Beware--"

Buyer Beware--
I will never buy from this company again--no matter what the DEAL is. They offer a promo code but it is not accepted by their website. There is no way to get anyone to communicate. I've tried every option. In fact the email address they tell you to use is a no-reply one. You get an automated reply saying no one will see it!! This is using the email they direct you to use. I found a different support email and tried that 4 times with not a single reply. It did NOT bounce back as undeliverable.
I was given a shipping date for my items. I just now found a phone number to use and someone answered! They tell me my order is on back order and won't arrive for another 3 weeks! They did not see fit to tell me anywhere along the way so I could make other plans. You can't get tracking information unless you download a third party app which I don't trust now that I've been trying to work with this company. I was begining to wonder if it is a legitimate company, that's why I looked into the BBB. Apparently they do exist. Its' not worth the frustration and unknowns. Don't do it. You'll be sorry you did. I shop online all the time and this is the worse experience I've ever had.

"Never received item, they didn’t care"

I ordered on 5/17 a gift that was needed immediately. On June 10th (past the time I needed the gift) I received an email stating they were apologizing for the delay. They offered a 50% off discount on their cutting boards. Now why would I give you more $ when I haven’t gotten my order yet. I also already have their cutting boards and most are tiny. On July 14th I received an email that my order was in production. I moved on July 10th and I guess missed the email because I was busy moving. I got no other correspondence from them until I emailed them on Nov 25th asking where my package was. They said USPS delivered to my old address 7/20. It would have gotten forwarded with all my other mail and how would that be possible for it to be in production on the 14th and delivered on the 20th when it has taken 2 months since I ordered to go to production. Why didn’t I receive notification of shipping or delivery via email. Just production??? I asked and they offered to send me another “if I just pay shipping again!” I said I didn’t get the first 1. I’ll just leave a review anywhere I can since you don’t want to make this right. They did not respond so here I am. I’ll go to Groupon next!

"I ordered monogrammed knit gloves"

I ordered monogrammed knit gloves. The gloves are acceptable quality and came in about two weeks. However it should be noted that the monogramming is only done on the back of one glove, not both. I was disappointed about this.

Also, for informational purposes only, the monogram design "Fancy" is hard to read. The letter 'J' in this design does not look like the J at all to me. It looks more like an S or B. However, the letter V did look like a V.

"I ordered a personalized Sketchbook, Unhappy"

I ordered a personalized Sketchbook with colored pencils through Groupon who sent the order to be processed. After about 10 texts back and forth, I was able to get the item personalized and ordered and it was nice when it arrived.
Groupon continued to send me purchase requests, and offered me a special for about $9 where I could get 5 Sketchbooks personalized.
I ordered and then found that Qualtry planned to charge me about $12 S/H for EACH of the 5 books.
When I tried to cancel my order, I was unable to do so, so I foolishly bit again on a discount price of $4 for one more book (and they charged me $7 for it).
I tried to get Groupon or Qualtry to send me 1 of the 5 books I had already paid for, but they said no, I had to make a new purchase, so I just ignored the money I had already spent for 5 books and ordered another book. Again, this required numerous problems trying to personalize it, but having 2 children needing a book, I felt compelled to spend more money and S/H on another book.
Oh, Groupon gave me a few Groupon Bucks to make up for some of the money I spent for nothing, but Qualtry would not accept them.
I'm just trying not to think about all the money and S/H I spent on 2 notebooks.
Also, the 2nd book did not come with the 50 blank pages I expected like the 1st book, but had 25 preprinted designs and only 25 blank pages for one of the kids to use.
Sorry this is so long, but I was TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with both Groupon and Qualtry.
