"Horrible service"
Horrible service. Charge you a premium for shipping then send it via the slowest way possible. They then send this LAME response to inquiries.

"Could not redeem a groupon code"
I purchased a groupon deal that was essentially unredeemable. The 'REDEEM ONLINE" option never appeared anywhere in "MY STUFF" and I bounced back and forth between that page and the deal page. When I went to the online chat I posted my email address and asked how to find the redemption code. No one ever came on to the "chat" nor did they respond via email. Today, two days later, I went back to "chat" and re-entered my situation. After more than 30 minutes, and answer appeared... someone had merely cut and pasted the groupon instructions I'd already been unsuccessful with. I asked for more specifics and was ignored. I traded in the deal for credit. Bad service.

"HORRIBLE COMPANY"
I gave them a shot because I bought a Groupon for 4 luggage tags. Got them personalized and get to check out to find they charged me TWENTY FIVE dollars in shipping for a small envelope with four luggage tags. I was already invested with the Groupon so I paid. Took OVER A MONTH to arrive and one tag was missing top initial. Customer service refused to take a return and had the audacity to tell me to get a new one (which they would cover) but pay for shipping again.
SCAM!! Never do business with them. Terrible company who does not stand by their product and looks for ways to make money from customers by overcharging for shipping.

"Very disappointed"
Very disappointed. Customer service terrible. Complained because I received a personalized baby blanket and the name was not legible, also in the wrong color. Not willing to return or refund. Will not deal with them again.

Great product, if you get it. It has taken me almost two months and I still haven't received my complete order. I have to keep contacting them and they will NEVER answer phone or call you back. Very frustrating. I ordered 6 items and only have 5 so far. They did send an email back returning the "phone call," but it was from a "no response" email address. Very frustrating. I do not see future business with them and would not recommend them either, which is a shame because they have nice products.

The winter hats were decent but this company screws you on shipping. I had 10 hats shipped to me and they charged me $97 USD!!! This should have cost maybe $20. They claim to charge per item but send them all in the same package. It’s obviously the way they mark up their pricing and make more money but I feel it’s completely dishonest on their part. They make you feel that you are getting a deal and then screw you on shipping. Beware!

"Wish I could write this review with a…"
Wish I could write this review with a big fat ZERO star, but you have to give one star in order to review. This company took my order and my money and never shipped my item. It was a Christmas present-too late now. I spent hours trying to get hold of them, no one ever answers. Their online "customer service" is a farce. It's either always OFFLINE or if you can get in you are always next (for 3 hours one day.) I purchased through Groupon, which I will no longer use because of these type issues.

"Very poor service"
Very poor service. Ordered two months ago and still waiting. Contacted customer service and they said my address was incorrect which it wasn’t. Gave address two more times and still waiting. They are not well organized or reliable- get it together Qualtry!! Not recommending them.

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH QUALTRY! they take your $ and send no products"
I placed my order well in advance of the holiday rush (October 21 to be exact) fast forward to today, I have not gotten any of the items I'd ordered and PAID FOR BTW!!!!
Getting any type of response from this company is akin to raising the dead. IMPOSSIBLE AND AINT GOING TO HAPPEN!
It was only when I sent them a scathing email did they bother to respond with a form email stating that "all items that I had ordered are out of stock and will not be back in stock before the holiday season." WHAT?!?!?!? I ordered these things to give as gifts months ago and you were not going to ship my items nor inform me of any of this?
I now have to contact my credit card company and fight the months old charge and I will be contacting our State Attorney General and placing a complaint against this company.
I informed Qualtry that I was going to do the following:
*contact my CC company and get my money back
*contact the AG of our state and file a complaint against them
*contact the BBB and file a complaint against them
*place negative reviews against them on EVERY site that I could find
In response they sent me a form email stating that all of my items were out of stock and would never be shipped (again this after trying to contact them for 45+ weeks with NO response from Qualtry).
DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!

2 days ago, I had an awful experience with Qualrty.com after an order I placed would not accept my groupon code. I tried to cancel the order by email the company, calling them.numerous times and waiting for hours for the online assistant. Noone from the company would contact. I finally got really PO'd and at 2:30am today, Inplace a complaint through the BBB. i wanted my order canceled. There was absolutely no contact from Qualtry.com until the BBB got involved. My order is to be canceled but I'll be watching my bank account to make sure these shady folks don't try to take my $.
