"I didn't receive the items as…"

I didn't receive the items as advertised and I haven't been able to rectify this issue, because I haven't been able to speak to anyone real time. Everyone wants to handle this situation by e-mail. Some things require human intervention.

"Not a pleasant experience"

Ordered 3 power banks through Groupon, and they were repeatedly out of stock. What made it an even more unpleasant experience was that you had to go all the way through the entire ordering process, including filling in all the personalization, billing info, etc., before you found out they were out of stock. When we finally DID get them, the cord won't stay plugged in, so in order to charge, you have to hold it in place. Now too, after only a couple of uses, the USB input is completely broken, rendering it pretty useless.

"Great Products BUT Terrible Customer…"

Great Products BUT Terrible Customer Service. I placed an order back in November and after receiving only one mug in my order of five, I tried repeatedly to contact customer service. You can only do it through email. Finally Carolyn got back to me and helped me to get the issued resolved after five months. I have been in customer service my entire working career, and if I would have treated my clients as poorly as they did, I would be out of a job. Thank you Carolyn for your help, it just was a little too late to allow me to give the company more stars. I will never purchase from this company again.

"Nice Collars but Ridiculous Shipping Cost"

Everyone loves the personalized did collars and they arrived in a reasonable time. The quality is pretty good but the writing is a bit fuzzy on the smaller dog/cat collars. Overall, glad I got them for the whole family's pets! Biggest complaint would be what they charged for shipping - >$50 for 10 collars!

"Love the hats I ordered, shipping very expensive"

Fast turn around time, but the quality of some of the knitted hats I ordered were not of the same quality as the rest of the order. Very thin and loosely knit at the crown, to the point of fraying.
The 3 defective hats were replaced in a timely manner, although did arrive after I actually needed them. I appreciate the replacement though.
Shipping costs to Canada are extremely high. Since it is only coming from the US, I feel they are too high, we are neighbours, Canada should not be considered an international ship. This needs to be revisited if you want to keep Canadian customers.
