Beautiful woodwork and great products. I do wish the zippers on the pillows were longer for ease of putting appropriate size pillow inside.

"Very happy"

Communication about where product was in production was good, ordering was easy. I took a star off because shipping was very overpriced and it came in a very small, unprotected, regular little shipping bag that I cannot imagine cost as much ad I was charged. Otherwise I am happy with the service and product.

"Very good customer service, quality products."

I found the site using a groupon. Upon receiving the merchandise I was very pleased with the quality. There was an issue with the order, and I found out it was due to misinformation that I entered, but customer service was very quick to get on it and knocked out the issue doing everything they could to fix it for me. Very good customer service, quality product.

The personalized pillows were a hit! They turned out very cute. The material is a little rough to the touch. Very cute if you have a farmhouse, shabby chic decor.

"The Custom Cutting board was gorgeous…"

The Custom Cutting board was gorgeous except for the large Gouge in the middle from shipping, it was shipped in a thin plastic bag.
I reached out to Customer Service Immediately with pictures, the description along with other details required according to their instructions and NEVER heard ANYTHING back.
This was very Disappointing, I would have continued to order these boards as gifts for my clients

"Horrible Customer Service"

I bought a groupon for a two pack of pillows with four names on it. I ordered the items on the Qualtry website November 18, 2018. With the 5-7 days shipping guarantee, I was sure I would have the items by Christmas. In December I started to write letters asking about my order because it hadn’t arrived...many letters. The day of the first letter, I received a package from one of Qualtry’s customers. They had received my order in their order with a mailing label, so they decided they’d mail it to me. It was one of two cases and NO pillow fillers. I had to go buy one in order to give my present. Still I never received a message from Qualtry. In fact, the customer who mailed me a portion of my order wrote that she reached out to Qualtry, and they never responded to her either. Anyway the rest of my order did not arrive...and I did not hear from Qualtry until the end of January 2019. Obviously I did not have one of the pillows for my mon’s Christmas gift. I was informed in January that even though the groupon code I entered said I’d receive 2 pillow cases, I didn’t receive two because I didn’t specify two on my order (though I ordered two pillow fillers). On top of that I was informed I would have to pay the $7.99 shipping fee to get the pillowcase I didn’t receive in time for Christmas. They would, however, send me the pillow fillers as they were on my original order without charging additional shipping charges. The irritating part was had they shipped my two pillowcases together as it should have been done, the shipping for my second one would have been less. And, honestly I was a little frustrated they insisted I pay the shipping when they did not follow their 5-7 business days to ship policy which would have given me my gifts (and the chance to get the second pillowcase) before Christmas.

I am grateful for the customer who purchased packing supplies out of her pocket to get me the first pillowcase, and I will say the quality of the product was excellent. However, Qualtry lost me as a customer because of their terrible customer service. And sadly, my friends also decided not to order items they wanted based on my experience.
