"Poor quality with no one to help!"

Emailed about the poor quality of the monogrammed collar I received several times and received an auto response with a link to faqs. There is no one to speak with and no one who really cares about the experience you have- they need to have a customer service line so people can be in touch with people

It took much longer to be delivered and the cutting board was much smaller than I expected. However it is a nice cutting board... And I guess it takes a long time because it was personalized.

I love the product. It is just what I expected. The reason for the 3 star rating is that I ordered 4 luggage tags, all identical. I received the first one several weeks later, and now, at least a month after my initial order, I am still waiting on the last 3 and wondering if I will actually receive them.

I ordered a total of 4 items and 2 arrived. When I reached out after weeks of waiting I was asked for the shipping label as ‘proof’ making me feel as if I am lying. I would assume they have some type of inventory system for such validations?

Loved the product but didn't receive everything that I paid for. I paid extra for the rod to hold the piece up and never received it with the package. Also, the processing seemed to take extra long.

Sent an email 5 days ago to customer service and only received a generated response back to date. Trying to get an issue fixed with no human response. But this survey sure came out quick. Twice.
