Poor Customer Service.Bought a Groupon for TWO tags. Only received one. Very complicated process. When I inquired about the 2nd one I was due I was informed I would have to pay the shipping AGAIN. I am not happy with customer service at Qualtry at all. As if is they agreed to refund HALF the shipping cost. Too bad because the product is very nice but I will never purchase again from them

They don’t send you your whole order and charge you out the nose for shipping a little pillow case!! Then when you try and get a hold of them NO PHONE NUMBER to call and make things right! So you try and email them nothing!! Will never be using them again! The product it’s self is cute but not sure how long it will hold up after so many washings.

The items were wrong I lost the order form to request an exchange. I ordered an XS and Small collar they were so huge didn’t fit the puppy and are not easily adjustable. I bought these from a groupon if I would of paid full price would of been livid with the product.
