"Depends who you get by email"

Depends who you get by email, sometimes you get a pretty quick answer, sometimes it's days, sometimes could be a week or so. That's disappointing, especially since I don't have a lot of patience. That's my problem

Very small for the price. Took several weeks to arrive from in the USA. ( from out west to Ohio) Doesn’t take this long to go to Australia to USA. Won’t be ordering from this company again.

Horrible customer service! I wrote this company 3 times regarding an issue with my order and no one ever got back to me. I don't understand what happened and why my dissatisfaction wasn't worth a response but I will never buy anything else from this company and I encourage you you to save your self the headache and spend your money elsewhere.

"3 Reasons I am Not Happy with this…"

3 Reasons I am Not Happy with this Company:
#1. I ordered two small personalized dog collars.What I received was bigger than the measurements that were given in the website description. They will not fit my little dogs.
#2. I emailed (only way to contact them) the company right after receiving them. It took the company 6 days (2 were Sat. & Sun.) for the company to reply to me.
#3. They will make new ones BUT I have to pay for shipping. I don't think that I should have to pay for shipping again since this was not my fault.
