"Took way too long to process a dog…"

Took way too long to process a dog collar. If I hadn't email to inquire about my order that was put for 2 weeks already, my order wouldn't be processed/dealt with. The collar is way too big for a Pom/chi with a neck girth of only 12inches. Wish there's a sizing option. Although the dollar is padded. So far, it looks durable,just too big for my dog. If I put it kinda towards the other end, the slide buckle would cover the phone number,defeats the purpose
