The process of ordering was very easy although I couldn’t find examples of scripts. The quality of the product appears be sturdy. I ordered 4, for 4 different people and they love them. I was over charge $4($2 per set) for shipping.

The collars were just ok. The writing on a couple of them was not as clean as I would like it and they charged an exorbitant price for shipping!

Had the Collar less than 3 weeks and the plastic fastener broke. It took almost a month to receive my order.... I do not reccomend these products!

shopping was easy. the pillow case it's really cute. came in the mail quickly. My grand daughters birthday is next weekend. she's going to love it. totally worth the price, but wouldn't have been able to afford it without my groupon coupon.
