"Disappointed"

Hard to give only 1 star as the products were very well done. However, the process was very frustrating! I placed my order early December and did not receive my items in time for Christmas. Actually received an email saying I would have them by Christmas then an email saying I wouldn’t on Christmas Eve. The items slowly started to come with some coming well into January. I also ordered a pillow for a pillow cover which never came! The process was very disorganized and disappointing. I ordered other personalized items from another site and had them within one week. I am sorry to say that unless I have unlimited time to wait for my order, I will not choose this company again.

"Horrible customer service"

i had a horrible experience the last time i used them to order from. i wanted to cancel my order and they waited to respond to me until after i had recieved my product and were no help at all in helping me to return my product and get a refund, so i ended up keeping my product but will never order from them again

I purchased the custom name sketch pad for my granddaughter and I know she will love it when she gets it on her birthday. Great quality and custom is always nicer. I highly recommend!
