Waited over 3 weeks for a status change on my order. After over a month of waiting, I called and was told it had shipped (I never got any other emails) and the tracking appeared to not update so it must have been “lost” in the mail. Reprocessed and sent out. Received in a more timely manner, however seam near zipper is ripped. Will not order from them again.

I ordered a product that was supposedly shipped over a week ago. I love in Colorado and they're shipping from Utah, and it's expected to take over 2 weeks to arrive? I had to contact customer service to get an update and they never responded, I just got a shipment update.
