I purchased a groupon for a small cutting board which seemed like a nice gift for a newly engaged couple. The website was very easy to maneuver around and I quickly had my order confirmed. I could not believe how fast the turnaround was for a personalized item. It is really a work of art - too nice to use in the kitchen but beautiful to display on a wall! Thank you Qualtry for the amazing work!

I am really impressed with the printing, just that my images was a little over the top. Thought Board was bigger although the dimensions were stated.

Found the company through Groupon. I bought a 2 luggage tag deal (the product is nice and at good price if using the Groupon). Ordered online and their system messed up the order when using the Groupon code. I realized after I placed the order that the system ordered 1 and not 2 tags. I emailed customer service twice asking of them to please amend the order to include 2 tags. No response. Received only one tag and I reached out to Groupons customer service. I finally got an answer from Qualtry and they gave me a 1 tag code. So I can get the additional tag I had already purchased, but now I have to pay an additional $4.99 to have it shipped. Do not waste your time.

"Disappointed"

I ordered the product on the 14th then it was pulled to make until the 19th. It said I would receive it on the 27th and now it tells me today I won’t receive it until March 4th. It’s not like my item was super detailed but definitely disappointed in such slow service.

It’s just a draw string bag. I paid $10 plus $5 shipping it’s worth about $3.

"Not a deal!"

This was a Groupon deal and it was supposed to be for two monogrammed towels. When I placed the order I could only order one towel with the coupon code. I tried every which way and ended up with just one towel, which by the time you added in shipping was not a good buy at all! The quality was just ok - definitely not worth it.

First of all I could never get into their website, I had to go elsewhere to make contact, they have no phone number and didn't return my emails right before my Groupon was ready to expire. Besides that, I paid for 2 sketch books and only received one. They are poorly made, smaller than I expected and not of good quality. I would never use them again.

I purchased a personalized tooth fairy tooth bag for my son and it is perfect! Inexpensive, cute, arrived quickly and I would definitely recommend this product!
