Your company has amazing objects at great prices - the best part is that you can personalize them, too - I have sent several Christmas gifts and most recently, a retirement gift... It gets busy at Christmas, so order early... otherwise, timing is amazing.

We haven't received the product yet so cannot comment on the quality of the product. The whole process of ordering and shipping thus far was as smooth as possible. Company is great at keeping you informed as to when the order is received and shipped. Am sure the product quality will be great.

I received the pillow case but not the pillow insert that I paid for and ordered at the same time. The pillow printing looks simple and not as nice as on line. I emailed support about the missing pillow and didn't recieve a resolution.

Although I love the products, they are not forthcoming with their mistakes. I have experienced that when missing an item, they do not respond to your email until you send a threatening email. Then they tell you they mailed out the item and I still have not received it and its been over 2 weeks. I buy alot of products from this company but may stop because they like to take your money but not give you everything you bought. This is the third time I had an issue and sometimes you make mistakes but it should not take this long to rectify them.
