Never received the product.contacted customer service their response is refund will be remitted in 3 to 5 days.has been over a month now.sent several emails still no refund.contacted the BBB.still waiting.possible scam.
Finally after several weeks and after this review I received my refund.

"Where is my Refund"
I returned the hearing aids I ordered and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Feb 29, 2024 and it is now April 22, 2024 and I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back! BBB here I come.

After I ordered I found out that the item was no longer in stock it was sold out so I was given the option to take a refund or they would send me the next best hearing aide with insurance all at no extra cost. After receiving my hearing aides I could not be more satisfied with my purchase

I ordered a pair of your hearing aides weeks ago, i was told on 4-4-24
that they were being shipped the following week, obviously they were not shipped as promised, i am thinking that you are running a scam, if im wrong then prove it by shipping my order now.

"I ordered the Proton Max hearing aids…"
I ordered the Proton Max hearing aids on March 31, 2024. I have emailed Bossa 3 times. Each time I did receive a response. They stated the order was being processed. They assured a tracking number would be sent via email. I still have yet to receive anything. I also paid for expedited shipping.
I can not review this product because I do not have the hearing aids as of 4.16.24.

Hearing aids just hissed. When I called company to get help they just tried to upsell me.
I followed their steps to return them for refund. That was 3.5 months ago and I still have NOT received my refund. HORRIBLE customer service.

"Unhappy with customer service"
In early December 2023, I ordered the TX-mini hearing aids. Within a couple of weeks, I returned them (in perfect condition). I also ordered the PRO-Max hearing aids with which I have been pleased. Unfortunately, it has been over 4 months and I still have not received my refund. I have spoken to customer service and texted them several times and all I get is the runaround. They have a good product but there is no way I could recommend this company since their customer service is deplorable. Buyer beware!

Ordered hearing aids expedited shipping. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Emailed, said OOS, will send upgraded ones at no additional cost. Waited 2 more weeks with emails in between. Fed up, said do something or I’d let social media know. Posted negative reviews 2x. Got message on site with tracking #. Still waiting to see if it’s taken care of. Will change rating if it ever is.
