"Terrible product and customer support. Lied on their website"

Terrible customer support! I purchased the hearing aids in December and they did not ship until January 21st. They claim that they now have a 45 day return policy but it says 100 days guaranteed on their website.

I ordered them in December and they will not honor after not delivering them until the end of January

Do not buy from Bossa. It was a bad experience all the way.

"not happy at all~~~"

on Apr 23, 2024 I cancelled my order, Was told I would be refunded soon, and here a month has gone by and still no refund!! what do I do now???

here it is 3 days since they said would make it right. and got NOTHING!!!
It has now been well over a month since they said I would be refunded.. and NOTHING!!! yet

been over a week since I wrote my review and since then I get their same stock reply "Apologies for the delay on your refund. We will make it right for you and have the canceled order refunded." and still NO results!!!!

I have now contacted the BBB. tired of try to handle this myself with no results.. hope others will do the same.

"Lousy customer service"

I purchased two sets of Bossa hearing aids. I ordered them in November and did not receive them for 4 weeks. One of the two sets had a defective unit which never worked and I returned it to Bossa for replacement or repair. Bossa generated a shipping label as if they were going to send a replacement. When I did not receive anything after 4 weeks I called Bossa and was told that the company did not have any units available to ship and that I would just have to wait. After another month went by I called again and spoke to someone who told me that they were still not available and that they hope to have them soon, but there was nothing they could do to help me and that I would just have to wait. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that request was not accommodated. I continue to get daily emails advertising the new models of hearing aids that are available and If the company provided adequate customer service I would gladly buy two pairs of the latest product. As it stands now I would just like to have my money returned for the faulty pair that I received. At the moment I can only advise others to stay clear of doing business with your company due to the incredibly poor service which I have experienced.

"Never Received"

Ordered months ago & never received the product. Going to try to get credit card company to remove the charges. Hopefully this can be done with out Bossa willingly having to do it. No communication and no action. A SCAM that I bought into. Sad.

"Where is my refund? I returned my hearing aids after…"

Update: Bossa responded to my complaint. The response was a stock answer just like all the others they have sent. And still no refund. I stand by my original review.

I returned my hearing aids after following all protocol. One box was never even opened. The other one was open for two days and everything was put back. Boss received my shipment on April 12, 2024. After numerous emails I still get the same response. Looking into it. According to their protocol, I was supposed to get my refund and 10 to 15 days. It’s past 15 days and no refund. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. And I will contact my bank. To see what can be done. Do not do business with these people. They try to hold your refund until I guess you get tired of asking for it. I am also going to check into their company and try to go up the chain to the person who runs this company or who owns it. I want my money back

"I purchased hearing aids on April 11,2024 Whats the status?"

I purchased hearing aids on April 11, 2024 and have contacted their customer service several times. I have attempted to call on several different phone numbers, (626) 829-1432, (888) 527-1564, (888) 568-8095, I have requested call back by their chose of #5 and only receive music when I answer. I would like to know what happened to my money or will I actually receive hearing aids someday. Please help me get a resolution to my order. Thanks!

"Still Waiting"

The company continues to advertise saying shipping time is 1-2 weeks, and yet it has been almost a month since I ordered and item has not bee shipped. From what I read on the reviews I'm not the only person frustrated with non-shipment way beyond what was promised. Also from what I also read refund options, unlike what their website says, is difficult at best. How can you build a business when your customers are so dissatisfied.
