Ordered a pair for my 92-year old mother. Returned them within the return period. No refund. I have sent emails, made calls, sent more emails, to follow up on the refund. I got promises of action, vague responses about the team looking into it, etc. But no refund after 2 months. Horrible customer service. And I would say at this point it is simply a scam. I doubt Bossa has any intention of every issuing a refund. Stay away. Don't order anything from them.

I ordered a month or so ago and I received a return message stating that if I didn't pay for the express shipping, it could take ad long as 2 weeks to receive my order. I didn't pay for the fast shipping and I thought I would get my order in two weeks. When 3 weeks had past, I contacted the company about the order, only to be advised that they had no record of an order. Then it seems in October, they found and processed my order.

I had a particularly bad experience from ordering to retuning the hearing aids.
Ordering and paying was easy!
Delivery took a very long time. The devices never worked for me. They screeched and support to get them to work was not useful . I then returned the devices and had to pay for the return!
Then almost 3 weeks have gone by with no notice at first of receipt and still no refund.
All together a bad experience .
I received a note twice since this review was posted , that some action would be taken . However once again the promise to escalate and resolve the issue has lead to no response.
I will report to BBB and my credit card for refund as this is wasting too much time .

I purchased Bossa Hearing Aids on 8/6/23 - after many attempts, gave up because they did not fit my small ear canals. Contacted Bossa and followed procedure to return - Bossa acknowledged receipt of return on 8/28, told me everything with return was fine and refund would take 12-15 days. It is now Oct. 16, and all I ever get from Bossa is they are working on it, or there are unforseen refund problems on their end, but my refund will be sent shortly. I have heard at least 5-6 times, the same lies. Obviously, I am out a total of $94.00 and Bossa is a scam.
