I returned mine two months ago and have enquired many times, including screenshots showing they were returned, only to get the same answer, “we’re working on it”. Looks like I got scammed.

"Scam Alert"
Scam Alert! The hearing aids I was sent did not work. Neither did the second pair. The website promises a full refund if they are returned within 90 days. After 4 phone calls and 2 emails, I filed a dispute with my bank. I investigated Bossa, and there are scam alerts on other websites. This business is listed as being run out of an office building. From what I can tell, it is not. I believe it may be run from a residence. Before you buy, check online and read the scam warnings. On the website itself, a woman named Kathy claims to have started the business. After researching, I don't think she even exists. Read the reviews on more than one site. Whether or not these hearing aids work is a gamble at best. People's experiences are all over the map. Pay more money and buy from a reputable business with consistent good reviews and no scam alerts. Some offer payment plans. Seriously, buy from someone else.
ETA: I see your response, Bossa. What is there to check into? I've already filed the dispute with the bank. You can deal with them, because now they're coming after you for the refund, and I'm assuming that's why you responded. I gave you six opportunities to make it right. Don't tell me you're going to try and fix it now. Nonetheless, I got the email from trustpilot saying you wanted to check into my problem and that if I don't give you the information my review might be removed. I have sent that information. Go ahead and check if you want to. But after six times of trying to get you to honor your refund policy, I seriously doubt it's going anywhere. And I think you made the response just so trustpilot would remove my review. Even if they do, it doesn't matter. I've left reviews at multiple websites and filed a complaint with the BBB.

Sent back and no refund like all of the other complaints. I should have looked deeper before I made this mistake. don't use this product. It had feedback, poor volume adjustment, which is why I sent it back.

Beyond the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their 45 day money back guarantee worthless and a scam. Do not buy from this company. I may not have gotten my money back, but I can spread the word SCAM. I did file a complaint with the better business bureau. Don’t get caught in their scam.
