Unless you know that you want to keep these do not order from this company. I have been trying to get a refund for over 7 weeks. I should have done research before ordering, but you will find many reviews that indicate people are having the same problem. I also found out that they have a Better Business Bureau rating of "F". Update: After posting this I finally did get my refund. Wish it hadn't taken doing this to get it
Would still be cautious.

"It doesn't work at all"
Tried Proton Plus for 2 months patiently but not acceptable too metallic sound. Unfortunately the 45 days lapsed for them to accept return.

"Feedback a huge problem"
Nearly impossible to get set into either ear without extensive feedback. Tried all three sizes of the ear tips. Moving my head "wrong" or adjusting my glasses brings on the feedback. On the other hand, the aids do increase what I can hear which is what I wanted, hence the 3-star rating.

"The Bossa Hearing aide is not a legitimate company!"
Donāt waist your money & time! The Bossa Hearing aids is not a good hearing aides. Also, they are not honest about returning your money because they are not refunding. They didnāt refund my money $89! After 3 months which I was waiting for refund I emailed them & customer support replied, ā we closed your account if you want us to investigate more you have to send us the tracking number of your return!ā How in a world I should know that I need to keep the receipt for 3 months besides I had a return label from Bossa & I had to return it to USPS everyone knows that when the barcode getting scan the company notified that the customer return the product therefore the issue the refund! But not the same with the Bossa hearing aide company! The customer support was claiming that they have to received in their warehouse & register in their inventory finally they will review to see if you are eligible for the refund or not!
Just saying, I believe this is not a legitimate business! They are scam! Think about it how many people like me are busy not to check & we assume itās routine to get refund when you returned the product!
The hearing aid wasnāt working for me I called & told them Iād like to return & get refund but the support was insisting to try another with no extra charge which finally I accepted & I returned the first hearing aide then I received the replacement but the replacement had the same issue which I called & asked for refund. Why they got the return for the first hearing aide but the never received the replacement hearing aide!!??? Iām telling you why? Because first time they want me to have the replacement no matter & they want to sell their products but the second time claiming that they didnāt receive it because this time if they acknowledged they got their product back they have to refund me! Yes, they lied about not to receive it therefore they didnāt need to refund me!!
The Bossa hearing aide is not a legitimate & honest business!!

"UPDATE ON 9/8/2023 REVIEW - BEWARE - RETURNS NOT AS EASY AS ADVERTISED"
I submitted the below negative review on 9/10/2023. By 9/12/2023 I did hear from Bossa Hearing as follows: "BOSSA HEARING WOULD LOVE TO UNDERSTAND YOUR EXPERIENCE BETTER, SO THEY'VE ASKED FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR REVIEW - LIKE AN ORDER NUMBER OR EMAIL. IF WE DON'T HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN 3 DAYS, YOUR REVIEW MAY BE TAKEN OFFLINE." On that day I supplied them with both my Order Number and Email. As of today, 9/24/2023, 12 days after my response to them, I have still heard nothing. It has now been 69 days since they received the returned hearing aids. Funny how they only gave me 3 days to respond, but they still haven't refunded me after 69 days.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I returned my order on July 11th and as of today, September 10th (2 months tomorrow) I have still not received my refund even after 4 emails and 2 phone calls - their return policy says a refund will be received in 7-10 business days. Every time I have contacted Bossa, I am told that my account indicates that everything about the return was satisfactory, and they can't understand why my refund has not been processed, but they would contact the finance office immediately to expedite the refund. I have since checked their status here on The Better Business Bureau website and there are numerous similar complaints. You should also be aware that I returned my order because when I put them in and looked in the mirror straight on, I could see them - so much for their advertisement that "nobody will know you are wearing hearing aids" - that is not a true statement. Come on Bossa - get your act together.

"The WORST RUNAROUND"
This company received my return 5 weeks ago. If you are looking for a frustrating run around, you've found your company.
I have yet to receive my refund. But I do get responses to my emails. Each time, I get a form email stating the "finance team" is working on it.
In what world is 5 weeks an appropriate and acceptable amount of time to hold on to a customer's refund?
Ridiculous.
I think they just string you along, hoping that you are patient enough, so that you use up the 60 days to file a claim with your credit card company.
But hey, I'm sure they're sorry about that. This is not the experience they want me to have. Maybe they will request for additional details about this order so they can take necessary actions. š§

"Probably a scam"
Probably a scam. I returned these unopened within 13 days of receiving them. I have confirmation that they were received by Bossa on July 15th. I have contacted the company 8 times so far and it is now 56 days since they received them and still no refund. Every time I contact them they seem very apologetic but still no refund. I'm starting to think it's some sort of scam. Beware.
