"Beautiful bags, amazing attention to detail"

We visited the shop in York & were amazed at the variety & the quality of the stuff on show. In the end i ordered identical bags for myself & my fiance, which we wanted customised quite a bit. After a week, We were sent 5 designs which we found hard to chose from so we ordered 2 designs which we liked best
When they arrived, they were absolutely stunning! Beautiful soft leather, immaculate stitching better in real life than the design.
Please use these guys, they attention to detail is 2nd to none, & don't be afraid to customise, you will be very pleasantly surprised

"Beautiful Gift of good quality."

Ordered a handbag as a gift as they had seen my existing Zatchel and loved it. Bought a maroon colour Zatchel, arrived on time and is excellent quality. My friend is delighted and will surely be using for many years to come (mine is 6 years old and still going strong). Made in the UK too!

"Disappointed"

It said online that the yellow bag is made of leather. It does not look like leather, does not feel like leather, does not smell like leather. The press stud closure does not stay closed. The shade of yellow is not the same bright daffodil colour as shown online. The lead time said two weeks, it was longer. I tried to track delivery, the website directed me to something called SHOP which told me that the bag had delivered that morning at 6.30am Nothing had delivered meaning I felt worried/stressed. Eventually found a number to call Zatchells, lady told me bag still being made so not sure why SHOP gave me incorrect info? Bag arrived as the lady told me it would. Overall disappointed as explained why above.
Will use as a shopper from time to time. An expensive mistake

I am giving Zatchels 5* because the satchel is beautifully made! I forgot to add a slider-strap and they fixed it right away. My only niggle is that I had to wait an extra couple of weeks for the bag because I bought mine in sale and thus they had more orders to complete. I don't mind because quality is worth waiting for, but just bare in mind their turn out maybe longer than expected but -- I love my zatchel!

I bought a Luna bag from the store a few years ago. When the catch broke it was replaced very quickly. I needed a slightly bigger bag to take my phone and popped into the store again. From the website I’d already chosen a style and colour but the really helpful lady suggested a much better alternative and I bought a Luna. I really liked the Festival bag and contacted Customer Services who were super helpful and quick to respond and I now have 3 beautiful leather bags in different colours which all comply with stadium restrictions on size. Everything I need fits inside. I’ve had a load of compliments about how well made they are and thoroughly recommend, especially with the lifetime guarantee.

I bought a satchel from these folks some years ago and love it to bits, literally. So when the strap broke I was a bit frustrated. After trying in vain to work out how to get it fixed I contacted them and they reminded me of their lifetime guarantee, which I had utterly forgotten.

In a few days they cheerfully replaced the strap and I am a very happy customer.

I have a green sugar cube grande bag which is a great bag - perfect size for every day use and very well made. The personal service you get from Zatchels is excellent - they made my strap to order so it is the perfect size for me. They respond very quickly to your emails and couldn't be more helpful. I can highly recommend them and am going to invest in another bag from them soon.
