Wow! Great service! I bought a Zatchel bag around 10 years ago maybe more and I’m in love with the bag! Unfortunately the front strap broke because tear and wear and I thought it was finished. My concern was that I had to throw it away and buy a new one and I was saddened about this. But I saw zatchel give a lifetime warranty on their bags! Then I did post it to them and after a couple of weeks got it back like new! All repaired and looking like the first day I bought it. They changed both front straps and not just the broken one. Brilliant! Well, thank you Zatchel! Great company and aftercare customer services!!

I really love this company. I have bought two items from them and 1) quality is amazing, really well made 2) customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even sent an additional pair of straps as I wasn’t sure which one to order for my backpack, and it turned out I needed a short one. I highly recommend this company and their products. Amazing bag, I have used my bag everyday for work for over ten years, had a problem with the clip and some leather on the top and contacted the company under their lifetime guarantee. Customer service was incredibly responsive to my emails and they replaced the clip and covered the leather on the top of the bag, meaning I can continue using my Zatchel for another 10 years. Still looks like new!! 😀

Great company with really good quality products. Very pleased with my custom made bag. They were happy for me to choose the colours for my bag and asked how I would like the bag to be put together.
The only downside was there is slightly limited communication on how your order is progressing but they are happy to answer any questions sent to them.

Recently bought a City Zatchel backpack, so happy with this product, beautifully designed with customer support which is outstanding. Small repair needed following use, Brian and the team we're superb, the repair was turned around in a day and follow up and support via email was excellent, excellent work, looks like new.
