A beloved xmas gift sadly ended up left too near to a teething puppy.
Satchel's were just wonderful in sourcing a replacement and also adding a little extra.

"Oddly charismatic for a bag!"

I feel like I received a gift,not a purchase. I got a Sugarcube bag in bright orange. It's hard to explain just how gorgeous,well-made and personalised this bag feels. Communication was really good,so I knew not to expect it instantly. It arrived nicely wrapped, with a certificate and a care guide. I am not remotely a 'girly girl', but I can't wait to show it off. I just wish I had paid the extra tenner to get it engraved!

After writing this i received contact from the managing director who went above and beyond, bent over backwards and made sure that I had my bag as soon as possible. Thank you Brian. Had the bag arrived before Christmas it would have been a 5*. Despite the hiccup I had, I would recommend this company.

I ordered a bag 27th Nov with a 10 day delivery. On 7th Dec I received an email stating that it would be delayed. At this point I was fairly impressed. However, I have received nothing, absolutely nothing, since despite sending 2 emails requesting an update. I realise that this is a busy time of year but I expected at least a reply, hence the 1*. This may be revised if/when bag is received.

I placed an order right on the deadline for delivery before Xmas. I explained it was a special satchel for my daughter. After some email correspondence they agreed to prioritise it. It arrived this week ready for Xmas. I'm delighted with the quality of the satchel, and the customer service.

Firstly I have to give a massive shout out to Theresa from customer services for her outstanding support in getting the satchel to me before Christmas.
I was getting worried as Northern Ireland has the worst postal service in the world and parcels always seem to take an eternity to get here.
However after I emailed customer services the amazing Theresa took control and my parcel arrived today.
The satchel is absolutely stunning and super quality.
Thank you to all who had a part in the satchel.
