US operation is solid but UK is very poor... They take more than 2 weeks to just to log a parcel... even after raising a complaint it still takes 2 weeks to log a parcel.

The customer service are great fast response and cooperative, the only problem I faced is that the shipping value is included with the item value which is not helpful it will only increase the tax, and if something happens to the package or it arrived damaged the shipping company only refund the item value regardless of shipping value, please make the shipping value in separate receipt or don’t include it at all.
