Very slow, my parcel was held up for over a week and I didn't receive it on time, even though I needed everything for a training course.

unfortunate I was missing an item from a package. It was nothing valuable but was expecting the item that was in an envelope at the bottom of the package

It's always convenient to just combine all the items from various sellers/companies/websites from the US and ship them all in one go. More economical than if you just ship them each individually.

Horrible experience every time.
They take forever to get your inbound packages ready, often leaving them in the review stage for over a week despite countless contact.
Having the team advising that the value of our packages does not match the invoice, even though they are the ones entering the values incorrectly.
Logging packages as "dangerous goods" and declaring that an additional fee will need to be paid to release package.
Not the mention the prices are unreasonably overpriced and the packaging is subpar.
Every package we received looked like it had been kicked around the world before getting to us.
Seriously disappointing and got sick of having to contact the team to clear up obvious issues on their end.
Avoid this company at all costs.
