Have been using tabology across different venues including a small cafe and a hotel. The system works perfectly and the tech support is available from 7am - 11pm daily via telegram. The system is intuitive and constantly being updated with new features. The pricing options are decent without all the add-ons for extra features. The integration with cloudbeds works a dream.

If you are looking for an Epos system that is easy to use, this is the system for you, we had an on line meeting to go through the system with Glenn and my wife who doesn’t like change was engaged and decided that this was the system for us ( we had done another 5 demos but Tabology was a clear winner. We were stuck in contract with another company but Tabology were patient and even offered a trial on their system ( this just speaks confidence on their system ) as no other supplier that we saw offered this. I set up the system and it became very addictive and before I knew it I had done the restaurant layout, was putting bookings on and putting products on. I used the Epos mini on my phone and on the couple of questions I had using the Trial the tech team were back to me within a few minutes ( bear in mind, that quick and I was at the time not even paying for their system ). We went live just under a week ago and had 3 new staff members on a busy Sunday, the staff picked the system up very quickly and all are happy, the support is second to none with a telegram system and the speed that intergration was sorted and anything needed they were there. So much better than old system where a phone call could last upto 3 hours. Tabology IS the system for ease of use and the rolling monthly contract speaks volume for their product, no yearly or 2 yearly tye in.

We love Tabology at the community owned & run Mardale Inn in Cumbria! The company’s ethos, easy to use support and constant innovation over the last 3 years has been fundamental to our success. The platform offers great EPOS usability, comprehensive management reporting and a number of key value add elements eg (online) table booking, gift vouchers, member loyalty scheme, takeaway service etc. Got some ideas - then just log them on their site as a Feature Request and every couple of weeks you’ll see the innovations coming through that Tabology or you and others in the community have recently come up with.

Intuitive POS system, easy to use and program, great inventory system and good integrations / API. I use DOJO and the integration set up was easy given the level of support. Dedicated telegram group connects to techs at any time that there is an issue (rare) and they are fast to respond. Glenn was instrumental in Helprin get the products properly loaded onto the system and went above and beyond.
