They buy so called debt and try and get you to pay it to them. Big mistake when the debt is incorrect from the card company is wrong .Based in blackpool (Call centre) sats alot about them.Your not their CUSTOMER if you get a letter of them .Ask for a copy of the contract that you allegedly signed in pen .Request a full statement of the so called debt they bought A FULL STATEMENT. They are free loadsr comoany living off others .Shameful company & blackpool staff as i said .says a lot for ACI

I phoned ACI on Tuesday the 25th of February 2025 at 4:07pm and spoke to Aqib, I had a problem with two of my accounts with ACI that had gone in to arrears as I had financial difficulties Aqib helped me by going through my current situation and helped me set up a payment plan, which was very helpful, Aqib also has great customer service skills and is very friendly, and I was happy with the outcome of my call
