I have contacted this company as it shows on my credit file IV had car finance which I haven't had. Ever in my life. They say they can't change it. I have contacted Equifax to resolve it they say they contacted the company and it's all correct.
Which this company fail to let me know what finance company etc that hold my details. I have asked to speak to someone who deals with Equifax side of things as an agent has advised me they don't and there managers don't.
So how can a company hold information on you and apparently let Equifax know details and upload it to your credit file when it's wrong and no one knows who deals with it.
I have asked that a manager contacts me back. Which I got a call back and it was automated. ! Telling me to phone the original number. Which I done and I got told I must of missed the call ??
No I got the call z it was automated message now you are telling me again you can't get a manager as in a meeting.
Clearly something is wrong but you keep phoning me for payment for something which iv never had so why would I pay it.
I explain my situation to numerous calls advisors and no one understands what. Saying. All about wanting a payment though but no one actually looking into the situation.
