This is a scam company, they have multiple numbers and have been spam calling me for months,they use the same scam for “denise Julie” and attempt to guilt trip you into paying for life insurance for someone called Donna.

"The worst DCA to deal with"
The worst DCA to deal with. Recently started chasing for a debt that’s much older than 6 years old. Emailed them as I didn’t recognise the debt and had zero reply, however, they continue to hound me several times a day on the phone. I’ve now found details of the debt and the debt is statute barred so they shouldn’t be chasing it anyway. I’ve now received a letter advising they’ve now instructed Verify to visit me at my home address and that I can prevent this by setting up a payment plan.
I won’t be setting up any payment plan for a debt that is statute barred as you are not legally allowed to pursue the debt.
I’ve now sent a further email to ACI and Verify, as well as to feedback@ and complaints@ in the hope that someone actually bothers to email back.
I have also emailed Verify and ACI removing their right of implied access so any visit from anyone associated with their company will be trespass and treated as harassment.

Set up direct debit, errors on their side means it didn't go through, constant harassment. Re set it up. Still harassment. Another error, now I'm told ah it's end of the month so banks are busy. Made manual payment. Still harassed. Unsure what more you want. Horrible company
