I spoke with a very polite & helpful gentleman named Aqib who showed patience & understanding of my situation & it's causation. I was very anxious to make the call as things are not in a good state for me currently but he gave me the reassurance I needed to be able to deal with the problem. In prior dealings with ACI they have always displayed much more humanity than one usually receives from other financial institutions & for this I am truly grateful, as these types of interactions can be very difficult to face up to if they've gotten somewhat out of control as is my case & now I feel much better following this conversation.
