"Wanted to breach GDPR"

Occasion 1 – 01756 541877 12:10 20th March 2025

On this occasion, I communicated very calmly and wasn’t aggressive in any manner. I was informed that the call was regarding “my overdue sky account.” I made it abundantly clear that our sky account which is over 3 years old and is very much connected and active, is in my partners name. Also to mention that we do not have the same name as we are not married. When challenged your employee then went on to state that my partner can contact ACI regarding “my account” and will be discussed with her.

This is a blatant breach/attempt of breaching GDPR. I then challenge said employee that is she prepared to breach GDPR. I then requested to talk to a manager, who then said she didn’t have one available right now and hung up. I still haven’t had a manager call me.

Occasion 2 - 01253 386268 15:27 25th March 2025

I have received another call, asking about a personal matter. I then went on to say you’re not getting information from me until I’ve spoken to a manger for a colleague of yours breaching GDPR. She then hung up. I still haven’t had a call from management.

These clowns turned up today and were so unprofessional, rude and clearly were not aware they have no legal rights whatsoever. I asked them to leave several times and they then phoned the police to claim they were assaulted which is total nonsense as confirmed on our CCTV. HSBC should not be using this dodgy outfit to outsource their work. Beware these numpties will try and use any means possible. I have reported them and also written to HBSC head office to let them know they may want to use a more reputable company in future.

Horrible pushy company, does seem to be an awful lot of 5* reviews making a point of thanking someone by there name and an awful lot of different names too? Very fishy. Can't believe so much positivity for people that are quite heavy handed quite quickly.

One of the worst companies to deal with. Very quick to respond on here; but when you send them a mail or email; they respond haphazardly. It’s as if; the every time you speak with someone they don’t have a record or history of the previous conversations.

Despite providing all the evidence (emails, payment records etc) I do not owe the debt they claim I do, they have refused to accept my evidence and are bullying and harassing me daily. I have advised them not to contact me that it is harassment, that if they are determined to try to collect a debt I do not owe then to take me to court and let a judge decide but instead they keep calling me off different number yesterday was 07723963259 today was 03330531134 and emailing me. Horrific company but I'm stubborn and won't be paying a penny as I don't owe it but i will be making a complaint to the independent governing body regarding the harassment I've endured literally daily from these people.

21/04/2025 called this morning from another mobile number 07723732098 and texted twice. Harassment is strong from this company and in response to their reply I gave the account number with the review so you can locate it. Stop calling me, texting me, emailing me and take me to court as I'm not paying a penny for a debt I do not owe.

Who's going to write a positive review for a debt collector 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ you know those are fake 🤣 they're bullies and ignore any evidence supplied proving a debt doesn't exist and continue to harass via phone and email but when told every time take me to court I'm not paying they don't want to do that which tells you they know they haven't got a leg to stand on 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ and hope by harassing and bullying theyll get money just to be left alone 🤦🏻‍♀️
