"Fraudulent letters and emails received "

Re reply below, i already did, a month ago!

One star because it won't let me enter none.
This company has been bombarding me with letters and email for a debt with a company I've never dealt with (yes, I can prove it!).
They don't respond to contacts.
This has been registered with action fraud

I paid my debt in full via their online payment system, but due to their representative putting the incorrect customer reference number on my paperwork I obviously paid it into the wrong account. I have sent them proof of payment from my bank, and contacted them on numerous occasions explaining what has happened, but they still refuse to accept I have paid my debt in full. I have now been left with no other option but to contact the fraud department of my bank so they can deal with this company for me. Very disappointing, and incredibly stressful.
Edited to say: After a month of inaction one review on Trustpilot has got the issue resolved.

"Blinkered Attitude"

Blinkered Attitude, fail to provide any proof that the debt is in my name despite regular requests. I have proof that Scottish Power were advised of a new tenants name however they simply ignore it and substitute my name as a non resident landlord?? Crazy.

Situations like these are usually really scary or daunting but Kam made me feel at ease.
