I spoke to Stephen today. I was told previously I would get a phone call with a deactivation code but sadly that never happened. I called again, got Stephen and he sorted it all out it in about 10mins. Code entered, refund processed.

The app is not the best it only updates your balance once a day . if i run out of credit i have to get a chair to reach the meteor as they don't supply keypads to punch in credit .its all app and i want older way .but no they wont do anything .im just waiting on contract to expire then im jumping ship as i want smart meter .
